What is a Bible verse or passage that has impacted your life?
Galatians 2:19-20 – “I have been crucified with Christ; and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me.  The life I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.”

Name your favorite vacation spot.
I like to travel to Gatlinburg, Tennessee and the area around the Smoky Mountains.

What are your favorite hobbies or activities?
I enjoy woodworking in my shop and fishing with my sons. A family hobby is collecting and building model trains with my grandchildren.

Name an author/book you enjoy or has made an impact in your professional career?
My favorite is anything by John Kotter or Max Lucado.

In addition to the Bible, what is your favorite devotional reading?
I primarily use books on prayer and discipleship.

What is the greatest concern and highest hope for the church today?
My greatest concern is for churches experiencing plateau and decline.
My highest hope is that church experiencing plateau and decline will be revitalized.

Briefly describe your conversion experience.
I was raised in a Christian home by devoted parents.  I accepted Christ during a Sunday night church service and was baptized when I was 8 years old.

Tell us about your family.
I’ve been married to Vicki for 34 years.  We have 3 grown children; two sons, Aaron and Andrew and one daughter, Amy. We now have 5 wonderful grandchildren, four granddaughters and one grandson.
